Shades of Death Rd: With A Ouija Board in Weird N.J. - The ...

Hey guys I'm new to the message board. I just wanted to ask for some advice from anyone who might know a little more about spirits than most of us on here. My friends and I visited Shades of Death Road in Warren County in the past week and were pretty content with the amounts of paranormal activity we saw, except for my nervous fits that sent us home early, haha. However, my one friend suggested we go back tonight with a Ouija Board.. I've used Ouija Boards in the past and understand the precautions, uses, etc. and as I already mentioned, I've been to the road. I'm just wondering how safe it would be to speak to the spirits on Shades of Death Road because I know there are many bad spirits that are not at rest over there. Would there be a safety issue, or do you think we would be okay?

Thanks,
Geminii Another question to the general public: Anyone ever been to Shades of Death Road and seen a ghost with contemporary-looking blue jeans and a red t-shirt? We all saw him on our last run and after a day's worth of research, I'm still unsure of whether he was actually a ghost or a drug addict strung out on crack, cocaine, or meth. There were no stories about him online, but I'm still having doubts that he was alive. Shades of Death Road isn't super busy, but it's long and dark and doesn't have much of a shoulder to park on and I know both local and park police patrol it and if they see you pulled off to the side, with or without a Ouija board, they're probably going to ask you to leave. You can camp at Jenny Jump State Forest, but I don't know if the permit extends to hanging out by Ghost Lake after a certain time: you'd have to call the park and ask about that.

You experience is the first I've heard of a ghost in blue jeans and a red t-shirt. Who knows? I don't think there is any safe way to use a ouija board.

Going out into places that are known to be surrounded by negative energy is another high risk activity I think.

Going out there and then messing around with a ouija board is sort of a double jeopardy situation I think.

But these are things that people do sometimes as part of their curiousity and discovery about the supernatural world.
